Roladki do klusek śląskich

Ingredients:

70 dag mięsa wieprzowego (od szynki)
15 dag boczku wędzonego (surowego)
1-2 ogórki konserwowe
1 duża cebula
1 łyżka musztardy
bulion lub woda do podlewania mięsa w czasie duszenia
śmietana
mąka
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę drobniutko posiekać.Do cebuli dodać droniutko pokrojony (lub zmielony) boczek i zmielony ogóreki razem wymieszać. Mięso pdzielić na plastry, Każdy kotlet rozbić, posolić, popieprzyć,smarować musztardą wewnątrz.
Wkładać farsz i zwijać.Zwinięte rolady spiąć specjalnymi szpilkami do mięsa
ew. drewnianymi patyczkami do szaszłyków.
Obtoczyć w mące (można też nie obtaczać, jak kto woli), obsmażyć
na złoto, podlać bulionem lub wodą i dusić pod przykryciem do miękkości.

Osoloną śmietanę wymieszać z mąką i zaciągnąć rolady.Podawać do klusek śląskich i nie tylko. SMACZNEGO!!!

Świetny pomysł! Danie stało się ulubionym mojego męża :) Dziękujemy! Tylko ja nie mielę niczego tylko kroję "farsz" w paseczki i tak zawijam- ale i tak jest PYSZNIE :)
