Roladki z piersi z pieczarkami

Ingredients:

Składniki:
- 4 piersi z kurczaka,
- 20 dkg pieczarek,
- 2 duże ząbki czosnku,
- papryka zielona i czerwona (po kawałku),
- 1 cebula,
- 15 dkg sera żółtego,
- 1 jajko,
- bułka tarta,
- sól,
- pieprz,
- olej,
- wykałaczki.

Prepare instructions:

Jak przyrządzić?
Piersi umyć i rozbić jak na kotlety (może być dosyć cienko), posypać solą, pieprzem i odstawić. Osobno bardzo drobno posiekać pieczarki, cebulę, czosnek i paprykę, ser zetrzeć na tarce. Na patelni usmażyć tylko pieczarki z cebulą (oczywiście przyprawić solą i pieprzem). Rozłożyć filety i na całej ich długości kłaść usmażone pieczarki z cebulą, surową paprykę, czosnek i żółty ser. Następnie zwinąć piersi (delikatnie jak gołąbki) i gdzie trzeba wbić, wykałaczkę, aby roladka się nie otworzyła. Tak przygotowane zawijańce panierować (dość grubo) w bułce tartej i jajku. Smażyć na dobrze rozgrzanym, głębokim tłuszczu.

Jak podawać?
Podawać do frytek, ryżu, ziemniaków i rozmaitych surówek. Smacznego!

Witam, czy można prosić o zdjęcia przepisów? wszystkie wydają się apetyczne ale zbieram tylko te z fotografiami...

Na razie zdjęcia nie mam ale w tygodniu planuję roladki zrobić więc postaram się zdjęcie dorzucić
