Ingredients:

15 dkg.cukru pudru

15 dkg.masła

15 dkg.mąki pszennej

4 jajka

3 dkg.kakao

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

1 łyżeczka przyprawy do piernika

Prepare instructions:

Masło utrzeć z cukrem.Dać jajka,mąkę z proszkiem,kakao.Utrzeć dokładnie.Ciasto wylac na blachę posmarowaną tłuszczem i wysypana bułka tarta.Piec w 180 st.C ok 40 min.Placek jest cienki,ok.1/2 cm.

polewa:do rondelka dac 3 łyżki margaryny,3 łyżki wody,3 łyżki kakao,3 łyżki cukru pudru.Mieszać do polączenia skladników.Zagotowac.

Polewą polać jeszcze ciepły placek,wykrawać pół księżyce.(jesli ktos nie ma foremki może tak jak ja wykrawać je szklanka,przesuwajac ja od brzegu do brzegu w taki sposób by powstaly ksieżyce)Pozostawic az polewa zastygnie.

robiłam kiedyś, nawet ostatnio wspominaliśmy o nich..... w moim przepisie nazywają rożki rumowe - mają lukier o smaku rumowym

robię podobne, nie pamiętam czy identyczny przepis, z pewnością inny lukier - tak, lukier o smaku rumowym, a moje nazywają się też rożki rumowe
