Ingredients:

- 100 g wędzonego łososia

- 200 g mrożonego szpinaku

- 50 g śmietankowego serka topionego

- garść płatków kukurydzianych lub łuskanego słoneczniku (opcjonalnie)

- 4 jajka

- 1 ząbek czosnku

- 2 płaskie łyżki mąki

- sól i pieprz do smaku

- szczypta gałki muszkatołowej

- oliwa do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Szpinak usmażyć z dodatkiem szczypty gałki muszkatołowej i posiekanym drobno czosnkiem. Jajka rozbijać i wlewać do jednaj miski białka a do drugiej żółtka. Do żółtek dodać mąkę i utrzeć na gładką masę. Białka ubić z dodatkiem szczypty soli na sztwną pianę. Dodać ją do żółtek i wymieszać wszystko dokładnie. Na patelni rozgrzać oliwę i usmażyć dwa puszyste omlety. Oba posmarować serkiem śmietankowym, wyłożyć usmażony szpinak i pokrojonego w cieńkie paski łososia. Żeby całość nie była mdła, na suchej patelni uprażyć płatki kukurydziane lub słonecznik i posypać nim gotowe danie. Wszystko posypać świeżo mielonym pieprzem.

Robilam juz go kilka razy, tylko zamiast serka topionego daje twarozek smietankowy z chrzanem, wtedy nie jest taki ciezki.I uzywam szpinaku swiezego. Danie pyszne! Idealna kompozycja smakow jak dla mnie.Polecam serdecznie !!
