Ingredients:

1 kg filetow rybnych(np;mintaj,panga)
geste ciasto nalesnikowe
1 sloiczek papryki konserwowej
1 sloik ogorkow konserwowych
2 cebule
puszka kukurydzy
1 maly przecier pomidorowy
4 lyzki ketchupu pikantnego
sol.
ZALEWA:
2 szkl.wody
4 lyzki octu
1/2 szkl.oleju.

Prepare instructions:

Zrobic geste ciasto nalesnikowe i moczyc w ciescie kawalki ryb,ktore wczesniej byly posypane vegeta,warzywa pokroic w kostke.Rybe usmazyc.
ZALEWA:
2 szkl. wody zagotowac,dodac do tego 4 lyzki octu,1/2 szkl.oleju,razem gotowac 3 minuty.Pod koniec gotowania dodac 1 maly przecier pomidorowy i 4 lyzki ketchupu pikantnego,posolic do smaku i krotko zagotowac.
Rybe ukladac warstwami-raz ryba-raz warzywa,goraca zalewa zalac.

Że rybę usmażyć, napisano w przepisie, ale co z warzywami; w kosteczkę i wymiąchać?

Warzywa pokroic w kosteczke wymieszac,rybe usmazyc,zrobic zalewe i ukladac warstwowo ryba-warzywa,ryba-warzywa i zalac goraca zalewa.Mam nadzieje,ze teraz juz wszystko jasne.Pozdrawiam.
