800 G filetow rybnych

5 marchwi
1 seler
1-2pietruszki
2 cebule
1/2 szkl. bulionu warzywnego
2-3 lyzeczki koncentratu pomidorowego ( moze byc wiecej jak ktos lubi)
lisc laurowy
ziele angielskie
sol
pieprz
troche cukru

Prepare instructions:

Rybe oplukac zimna woda, osaczyc posypac sola z obu stron. Odstawic na 1 godz. Po godz. obtoczyc w mace i usmazyc, przykryc zeby nie wystygla.
Marchew, seler i pietruszke oczyscic i zetrzec na tarce o grubych oczkach, cebule obrac i pokroic w pol talarki, podsmazyc na oleju. Pozniej do cebuli dodac warzywa , kilka ziaren ziela i lisc laurowy. Smazyc 5-10 min. Wlac bulion doprawic sola i pieprzem do smku. Dusic ok30 min. az warzywa beda mekkie. Dodac koncentrat pomidorowy i cukier. Zrobic przekladaniec

Polecam -danie lepiej smakuje na drugi dzień i jeszcze jedno do warzyw dodaję trochę octu,cukru,musztardy musi być smak słodko kwaśny sprubój.Teresa

Pyszne danie. Ryba nie "plywa " w oleju ,a warzywa sa aromatyczne i smaczne.Do warzyw dodalam cukier,musztarde i troche octu -tak jak radzi Tosia. Rewelacyjna rybka - polecam.
Serdecznie pozdrawiam i dzieki za przepis.
