Ingredients:

1 glowka kapusty pekinskiej (drobno poszatkowana)
1 duza marchewka (starta na tarce o duzych otworach)
1 duze jablko (starte na tarce o duzych otworach)
1/2 papryki czerwonej (pokrojonej w cienkie paseczki)
1/2 szklanki szczypiorku (drobno pokrojonego)
6 plasterkow ananasa z puszki (drobno pokrojonego)

Sos:

1/4 szklanki cukru
1 szklanka octu 5% lub 1/2 szkl. octu 10%
1 szklanka wody
1/4 szklanki oleju (jaki lubicie)
1/4 lyzeczki soli

Prepare instructions:

> Wszystkie skladniki salatki wymieszac w misce
> Polaczys skladniki sosu i dobrze wymieszac az sie rozpusci cukier
> Sosem polac salatke, wymieszac i wstawic do lodowki na godzine w celu przegryzienia sie skladnikow

Salatka jest wyborna w smaku i taka inna od tradycyjnej salatki z kapusty pekinskiej z majonezem. Jest pyszna przystawka do miesa lub ryby.

O jako pierwsza dodam pozytywna opinie :)) Po prostu przepyszna suróweczka do obiadu!!! Polecam naprawde,bo jest wyjątkowa w smaku!!!!
