Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

* 2 pory (białe części)

* 4 jajka ugotowane na twardo

* puszka groszku konserwowego

* pół puszki kukurydzy

* 2 - 3 ogórki kiszone (w zależności od wielkości)

* cebula

* 3 - 4 łyżki majonezu

* łyżka musztardy

* sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

1. Białą część pora przeciąć wzdłuż i pokroić na cienkie paseczki, włożyć na sito i przelać wrzątkiem. Odsączyć.

2. Ugotowane jajka, cebulę oraz ogórki pokroić w kosteczkę, dodać groszek i kukurydzę.

3. Wszystkie składniki wymieszać w misce, dodać majonez oraz musztardę, doprawić do smaku.

Jest to bardzo szybka, wręcz ekspresowa sałatka. Przepis mam od mojej mamy, kiedyś często robiłysmy ją razem. Polecam na wszelkie okoliczności ;)

Po przelaniu wrzątkiem pora należy również szybko przelać zimną wodą. Zachartujemy go, dzięki czemu zachowa swoją jędrność i lepszy smak.
