Sałatka wielowarzywna

Ingredients:

1 kg zielonych pomidorów
1 kg ogórków
1 kg kapusty włoskiej
1 kg cebuli
1 kg czerwonych pomidorów /bez łupy/
1 kg jabłek
1/2 kg marchewki

zalewa:
1/2 l octu 10%
1 l wody
2,5 szklanki cukru
gożdziki, cynamon /w kawałku/, liście laurowe, ziele ang,

Prepare instructions:

Warzywa pokroić w plasterki z wyj. marchewki, którą jak i jabłka ścieramy na tarku /grube oczka/.
Zielone pomidory, ogórki, kapustę, cebulę i marchewkę solimy 1 szklanką soli i zostawiamy na ok. 2 godz.
Na gotującą zalewę wrzucić warzywa lekko odciśnięte i gotować 10 min. /warzywa mają być prawie miękkie/ mieszając, dodać jabłka i pomidory czerwone - zagotować chwilkę. Nakładać gorące do słoików, zakręcić, odwrócić, pozostawić do ostygnięcia.

Robiłam też w wersji bez kapusty.

Można pozostałe składniki pozostawić bez zmian /wtedy uważać na sól, no i zalewy pewnie trochę zostanie/, albo też zwiekszyć niektóre /lub jeden preferowany/ w sumie o 1 kg, albo też dodać zupełnie nowy np. paprykę.
Tylko pierwszy raz robiłam dokładnie jak w przepisie, póżniej to już dowolne kombinacje, na tzw. "oko."
