Sałatka z KAPUSTY Pekinskiej i Kurczaka

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

* kapusta pekińska
* 2 piersi z kurczka
* fasolka szparagowa (świeża lub mrożona)
* czerwona papryka
* avocado

przyprawy do kurczaka: sól, pieprz, słodka papryka, szczypta curry, rozmaryn (najlepszy świeży)

sos:
- oliwa
- ząbek czosnku
- kilka kropel soku z cytryny
- sól i pieprz
- tabaco albo ostra papryka

Prepare instructions:

kapuste kroimy w paseczki
na to dajemy ugotowaną fasolkę szparagową
następnie pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę
kurczaka kroimy w cząstki ok 2,5 cm dajemy na patelnie z niewielką ilością oleju, posypujemy przyprawami, dusimy go na małym ogniu a jak juz będzie gotowy na chwilę na dużym, żeby troszkę przyrumienił się (jakby był grilowany)
na paprykę dajemy jeszcze ciepłego kurczaka
a na to paseczki avocado

zalewamy to sosem i nie mieszamy

nakładając trzeba sięgać do dna ale sładniki nie "rozpaprają się" :)

Fuuuu majonez i keczup .... uprzedzalam, ze avocado ma specyficzny smak...a co do salatki wszyscy moi znajomi uwielbiaja ją ale jesi była dla Was za mdla, mogliście dodać suszone pomidory w oleju, kapary ... cos o charakterystycznym smaku :) pozdrowka
