Sałatka z makaronem ryżowym, kurczakiem i ogórkiem.

Ingredients:

paczka makaronu ryżowego ("ryżykowego" - takiego w kształcie ryżu)
podwójny filet z kurczaka
dwa świeże ogórki szklarniowe
puszka kukurydzy
4 opakowania sosu sałatkowego (jakieś z czosnkiem i ziołami w składzie, bez koperku)
trochę oliwy

Prepare instructions:

Makaron gotujemy al dente.

Piersi z kurczaka kroimy w kostkę i smażymy.

Ogórki obieramy i kroimy w kostkę.

Kukurydzę odsączamy.

Sosy sałatkowe rozrabiamy wg przepisu (ja daję nieco mniej wody i o połowę mniej oleju, niż na etykietkach).

Wszystko razem mieszamy, doprawiamy solą (można śmiało dosypać więcej - ogórek neutralizuje słony smak).

Sałatka potrzebuje trochę czasu, żeby się przegryźć.

Jeśli ktoś nie lubi gotowych sosów sałatkowych, można zrobić własny - 3 łyżki oliwy lub oleju, 5-6 łyżek wody, czosnek (może być granulowany), ulubione zioła, sól, odrobina kwasku cytrynowego albo soku z cytryny, szczypta cukru.

Cieszę się, że smakowało :) Dzisiaj sama znów będę robić. Ja nie przepadam za koperkiem, a on ma mocny smak i czuć go w składzie. Ale jak ktoś lubi, to oczywiście można dodać :)
