Sardynki z baklazanem w sosie pomidorowo-ziolowym

Ingredients:

Odrobina oliwy z oliwek
2 puszki sarynek w pomidorach
1,5-2 baklazanow
Galazka swiezyc lisci curry
3-4 galazki swiezego tymianku
2 male zielona papryka chilli
1 lyzeczka pasty imbirowo-czosnkowej
Sol do smaku
5 pomidorow

Prepare instructions:

(Przepis z Mauritiusa)

W duzym garnku rozgrzac odrobine oliwy z oliwek.
Wrzucic pokrojone pomidory (wraz ze skorka), podsmazyc kilka minut, wrzucic pokrojone w podluzne paski baklazany, smazyc krotko.
Nastepnie dodac szklanke wody i dusic 10 minut.
Po 10 minutach wrzucic sardynki wraz z sosem, zamieszac kilkakrotnie.
Dodac kilka swiezych lisci curry i kilka galazek tymianku, 2 male papryki chilli zielonej pokrojone w paski oraz paste i sol. Dusic pod przykryciem 20-30 minut.

p.s. pyszniutkie dla tych, ktorzy toleruja sardynki, polecam jesc z tradycyjnymi plackami Farata, oczywiscie prawa reka ;-)

spisywalam wszystko wczoraj w pospiechu bo moj narzeczony robil 4 potrawy naraz wiec przepraszam zaraz sie poprawie
