Ingredients:

mięso ze schabu - 70 dag = 700g (w całości lub w plastrach)
przyprawy: sól, pieprz, 5-9 ziaren ziela angielskiego, 3-4 liście laurowe, odrobina vegety oraz maggi (ewent. 2 kostki rosołowe)
włoszczyzna (starte na tarce o dużych oczkach): 1 sztuka marchewki, 1 pietruszki (korzeń);
1 por; odrobina selera;
1 1/2 (1,5) litra wody

Dodatki:

ziemniaki z wody
gotowany ryż
gotowane warzywa np. marchewka z groszkiem

Przygotowanie:

Przygotuj mięso, umyj je a następnie ułóż w garnku, zalej wodą i dodaj przyprawy. Możesz dodać gotowe kostki rosołowe, choć nie jest to konieczne. Gotowany schab samoistnie utworzy smaczny wywar mięsny. Dodaj po 1 pietruszce, marchewce, 1 por oraz troszkę selera naciowego. Całość gotuj aż mięso i warzywa będą miękkie.

Z powstałego wywaru sporządź sos koperkowy dodając poszatkowany drobno koper. Sos zaciągnij mąką rozpuszczoną w wodzie.
Schab można podawać z gotowanymi ziemniakami lub ryżem.

W niedzielę mama robiła obiad- tradycyjne schabowe, postanowiłam zjeść coś zdrowego ( mimo, że moja teściowa robi pyszne kotlety), znalazłam ten przepis i dla męża i dla siebie zrobiłam schab gotowany, schab w tym sosie wyszedł rewelacyjny!!! Gorąco polecam!

Zrobiłam dziś na obiadek - wszystkim nam baaaardzo smakowało, w końcu coś innego jak zwykły, smażony schabowy. Napewno nie raz powrócę do tego przepisu
