Ingredients:

Składniki

schab wieprzowy - 1 kg
grzyby borowiki - 30 dag, lub ( suszone 10 dag )
ziele angielskie - 3-4 ziarenka
liście laurowe - 3-4 listki
czosnek - 1 ząbek
sól - do smaku
pieprz mielony - do smaku
olej, masło - do smażenia
śmietana 18% -2 łyżki

Prepare instructions:

Grzyby namoczyć w wodzie na około 1 godzinę.Następnie ugotować.

Schab pokroić w plastry i ułożyłć na rozgrzanej patelni z dodatkiem niewielkiej ilości oleju. Mięso podsmażyć,do momentu,aż zrobi się rumiane.Następnie mięso przełożyć do rondla podlać wodą, dodać zioła i dusić, aż mięso będzie miękkie a woda odparuje.Na patelnię, na której smażyło się mięso udusić grzyby w szklance wywaru z gotowania grzybów, dodać 2 łyżki masła, sól i pieprz do smaku.następnie blenderem dokładnie zmiksować.Sosem zalać schab przez chwilkę jeszcze dusić mięso , na koniec dodać śmietankę. Do sosu można dodać świeżego koperku lub natki pietruszki.

Ja daję swieże około 30 dag, suszonych około 10 dag
