Ingredients:

ciasto:
3 szklanki mąki
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1 kostka margaryny
5 żółtek
ser:
750 g zmielonego białego sera
1 jajko
1 budyń śmietankowy
1 cukier waniliowy
3-4 łyżki cukru
3-4 łyżki roztopionej margaryny
warstwa wierzchnia:
brzoskwinie w puszce
5 białek
3/4 szklanki cukru pudru
1 kisiel wiśniowy

Prepare instructions:

Ze schłodzonych składników zagnieść ciasto. 1/4 ciasta włożyć do zamrażalnika, resztę rozwałkować i wyłożyć na natłuszczoną blachę.

Ser wymieszać z żółtkiem, dodać budyń, cukier, cukier waniliowy i margarynę.
Na koniec dodać ubite białko i wyłożyć masę serową na ciasto.

Na serze ułożyć pokrojone brzoskwinie.

Białka ubić z cukrem pudrem na sztywną pianę, dodać kisiel i wyłożyć na owoce.

Na pianę zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach ciasto z zamrażalnika.

Piec w 180^oC ok. 1 godz.

Wierzch ciasta można posypać cukrem pudrem lub delikatnie polać polewą.

Sernik polecam głównie tym, którzy nie przepadają za bardzo słodkimi ciastami!

sernik pychota :) ja zrobiłam z całego kilograma sera ale proporcji nie zmieniałam wyszedł idealny nie za słodki a rozpływający się :)
