Ingredients:

Biszkopt

6 jajek, trochę więcej niż jedna szklanka mąki, 3/4 szklanki cukru, cukier waniliowy, 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Masa sernikowa

1/2 kg sera z wiaderka-Wieluń lub Włoszczowa, 1/2 litra śmietany kremówki, 2 śmietanfiksy lub dwie śnieżki w proszku , 3 łyzki cukru, 3 galaretki cytrynowe, brzoskwiniowe lub ananasowe, paczka ciepłych lodów- te były z Biedronki, związane z euro czyli biało-czerwone

Dekoracja do wyboru

Prepare instructions:

Upiec biszkopt i przekroć na dwa blaty, po ostudzeniu nasączyć ponczem z herbaty, lub soku np. pomarańczowego.

Galaretki przygotować w mniejszej ilości wody, ja daję na 1 zawsze 3/4 szklanki wody i ostudzić.

Śmietanę ubić ze śmietanfiksem i cukrem, sernik zmiksować. Do sera dodawać śmietanę i miksować, następnie zimne galaretki. Jeden blat biszkoptowy ułożyć w tortownicy na to poukładać lody, jeśli są większe poprzekrawać, zalać masą serowo-śmietankową. Odłożyć trochę masy, przykryć drugim blatem, posmarowac resztą masy i udekorowac według uznania.

Do biszkoptu używasz wyłącznie mąki pszennej?

właściwie tak choć czasami dodaje kartoflankę, właściwie jak mi się w danym dniu umyśli!!! Wtedy np daje trochę wiecej niż 1/3 kartoflanki a reszta pszenna.
