Ingredients:

Na dużą blachę

Ciasto brownie

kostka masła, 4 jajka, 2 czekolady deserowe lub gorzkie, szklanka cukru albo pół na pół z brązowym, cukier wanilinowy, 1 szklanka mąki, opcjonalnie 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Masa serowa

1 kg sera z wiaderka-President lub Wieluń, 1 szklanka cukru, 1 budyń waniliowy lub śmietankowy duży, 3 jajka

Prepare instructions:

Czekoladę rozpuścić w kąpieli wodnej, masło utrzeć z cukrami. dodać czekoladę wystudzoną, na koniec mąkę

Część ciasta wyłożyć do blachy, ja podpiekam z 15-20 min. w piekarniku 180 stopni.

Jajka utrzeć z cukrem, dodać ser, budyń, wylać na podpieczone ciasto, wysypać owoce, na to druga częśc ciasta brownie, piec ponad 60 min w temperaturze 18-200 stopni, naprawdę w sumie trudno coś doradzić, każdy piec w sumie jest inny.

To akurat ciasto zostało skonsumowane przed sesją zdjęciową, dołączę jak zrobie następnym razem

fakt, że zapomniałam napisać, robię ciasta chyba już z zamkniętymi oczami, jajka oczyswiście, po masełku, sorki za błąd
