Ingredients:

Ciasto:
25 dag margaryny
1 i 1/2 szkl. mąki pszennej
2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
1 szkl. cukru
5 jaj
1 czubata łyżka proszku do pieczenia
3 łyżki kakao

Masa serowa:
70dag sera
1 śmietana 30% - 200g
3/4 szkl. cukru pudru
2 czubate łyżki żelatyny
dżem pożeczkowy lub truskawkowy

Polewa:
czekolada
7 łyżek mleka

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę utrzeć z cukrem, jajkami i resztą składników na przemian. Przełożyć do foremki o wymiarach 20x36cm. Piec w temp. 180'C ok. 40 min.

Żelatynę rozpuścić w 1/3 szkl. gorącej wody.

Ser utrzeć z cukrem pudrem, śmietanę ubić z cukrem waniliowym. Ser i śmietanę połączyć dodać lekko ciepłą żelatynę, wymieszać mikserem. Wyłożyć na ciasto, wcześniej przekrojone na pół i posmarowane dżemem od spodniej strony.

Ciasto polać czekoladą rozpuszczoną z 7 łyżkami mleka.

Ciasto MUSI poleżakować jeden dzień, żeby ciemne ciasto namiękło od masy serowej, a wtędy będzie mięciutkie i pyszne
