Ingredients:

10-15 kurzych skrzydełek ( można zastąpić poporcjowanymi na udka i pałeczki nogami kurczaka, dla leniwych ) 1 mały kawałek imbiru ( mozna zastapic sproszkowanym ) 2 łyżki stołowe miodu, 2 łyżki stołowe sherry, 5 łyżek sosu sojowego ( gęsty ), 3 ząbki czosnku, 100 mililitrów bulionu, 1 łyżka oleju do smarzenia.

Prepare instructions:

Skrzydełka poporcjować na części w stawach, końcowa częśc skrzydełka odrzucić i włożyc je do garnka, następnie zalać wodą i gotować na małym ogniu przez 10 minut. (Nie solić).Odcedzić i osuszyc. Obrac imbir i czosnek , pokroić na drobno. Na patelni przesmażyć miód na łyżce oleju i dodać imbir, czosnek, sos sojowy i sherry, wymieszać. Skrzydełka włożyć do garnka zalać bulionem, dodać zawartość patelni. Dusić na małym ogniu, często mieszając by sos się nie przypalił przez 30 minut. Podawać z ryżem na gorąco.

Zrobiłam i muszę stwierdzić że wg mnie takie sobie...Chociaż po "dopieczeniu" w piekarniku okazały sie znacznie lepsze:) może dlatego, że zazwyczaj robię właśnie w wersji "z piekarnika" a moje wg tego przepisu były jakieś blade a nie tak brązowe jak te na zdjęciu...
