SKRZYDEłKA NA MIODZIE

Ingredients:

* 4-5 skrzydełek z kurczaka na osobę,
* paprykę słodką mieloną,
* przyprawę warzywną typu wegeta
* kilka ząbków czosnku,
* miód,
* olej.

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie:
odpowiednią iliść skrzydełek oczyścić, opłukać, opruszyć wegetą i papryką a następnie odstawić na dwie godziny do lodówki.
Smażenie:
na dużą patelnię wlać ok. 1 litr oleju (tak aby skrzydełka po włożeniu były przykryte minimum do połowy) i mocno rozgrzać dodać ok. 2 ząbki czosnku i 3-4 łyżki miodu i włożyć skrzydełka.
Przed samym włożeniem skrzydełek skręcić temperaturę pod patelnią (tak o 30%) tak aby skrzydełka zbyt szybko się nie spiekły, obracać kilkakrotnie smarząc na złoty kolor ok.20-30 minut.

Rada:
po usmażeniu kilku porcji na dnie patelni zostaje nam spieczona warstwa miodu, radzę po zlaniu oleju dać na patelnie kilka kropel płynu do naczyń i zalać wrzątkiem. Po godzince myje się znacznie łatwiej
