Śledź wigilijny

Ingredients:

0,5 kg matiasów
3/4 szkl. oleju
3 duże cebule
3 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego
1 łyżka pikantnego ketchupu
2 łyżki rodzynek
5 śliwek suszonych
2 łyżczki cukru
2 łyżki soku z cytryny (ew. szczypta kwasku cytrynowego)
sól
piprz
5 ziaren ziela angielskiego
2-3 goździki

Prepare instructions:

1. Matiasy lekko wymoczyć, pokroić w 2-3 cm paski.

2. Cebulę pokroić w półplasterki. Olej wlać na patelnię, rozgrzać, dodać cebulę, mocno zrumienić.

3. Do przesmażonej cebuli dodać koncentrat pomidorowy, ketchup, rodzynki, pokrojone w paski śliwki, cukier, szczyptę soli, pieprz,soku z cytryny, ziele angielskie i goździki. Całość dusimy na małym ogniu 3-5 minut.

4. Powstałą pastę wystudzić.

5. Do salatrki włożyć 2-3 łyżki pasty, na to warstwę śledzi, potem pastę i tak do wyczerpania sĸładników. Całość lekko wymieszać i odstawić na 2-3 godziny.

Robię te śledzie na każde święta,ale najbardziej kojarzą mi się z wigilią.Są pyszne i aromatyczne.Robię z podwójnej porcji a i tak zawsze braknie:)
