robię jeszcze inną wersję, wówczas zastępuję masę karpatkową dżemem porzeczkowym, a galaretkę masą:
250ml kremówki, 3 serki homogenizowane(125g każdy) 3 łyżki cukru, galaretka pomarańczowa.rozpuszczam galarekę w niepełnej szklance wrzątku-odstawiam do ostudzenia, ubijam kremówkę z cukrem, dodaję serki, wlewam galaretkę, mieszam i wylewam do prostokątnej formy, studzę do całkowitego stężęnia.
składam tak ciastka: serduszko biszkoptowe, dżem, serduszko z masy śmietankowej, dźem, serduszko biszkoptowe, docisnąć, polać polewą
