Smaczne placuszki serowe

Very easy

Ingredients:

1/2 kg sera białego z wiaderka,
2 jajka,
mały kubek jogurtu,
cukier waniliowy,
3/4 szklanki cukru,
ok 1 szklanki mąki, (najpierw dodac połowę, potem ewentualnie dosypać, ciasto musi być takiej gęstości jak na racuszki, łatwe do nałożenia na patelnię łyżką)
szczypta soli
owoce sezonowe,
cukier puder

Prepare instructions:

Utrzeć jajka z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym na gładka masę, dodać ser, mąkę, jogurt, sól. Wymieszać.
Smażyć placuszki kładąc łyżką na rozgrany tłuszcz, smażyć z obu stron.
Owoce sezonowe - maliny, jezymy, jagody, porzeczki czy inne rozgnieść widelcem, wymieszac z cukrem pudrem.
Podawać ciepłe udekorowane owocami. Mozna dodatkowo dac kleks bitej śmietany.
Placuszki poza sezonem owocowym mozna zrobić z dżemem, konfiturami, lub do ciasta dodac wiórki kokosowe, rodzynki i podac z bita śmietaną.

Danie jest szybkie, smaczne i zdowe.

Czy ten ser to ma być taki do sernika (mielony) czy homogenizowany ?

Robiłam z sera wiaderkowego do sernika, ale moja siostra robiła z serka homogenizowanego i też było ok. Dodała tylko troszkę więcęj mąki. Pozdrawiam.
