Smażone krążki cebuli

Ingredients:

4 małe kwaskowe jabłka,
1 łyżka miodu, 1 łyżka octu jabłkowego, imbir,
świeżo zmielony biały pieprz,
2 łyżki gęstej śmietany,
100 g mąki pszennej z pełnego przemiału, sól (morska), curry w proszku,
1 jajo,
180 ml piwa,
400 g cebuli,
tłuszcz do smażenia.

Prepare instructions:

Obrać jabłka na sos, podzielić na 8 części, wykroić gniazda nasienne. Kawałki jabłka gotować 3 min w niewielkiej ilości wody, następnie zmiksować. Doprawić miodem, octem jabłkowym, solą, pieprze i imbirem, następnie dodać śmietanę. Z mąki, curry, soli, jajka i piwa zrobić gęste, lejące ciasto, odstawić na około 20 min. Obrać cebule, pokroić w krążki, wytrzeć bibułą kuchenną. Za pomocą widelca poszczególne krążki zanurzać w cieście, następnie wrzucać na patelnię (lub frytkownicę elektryczną) i smażyć na złotobrązowy kolor. Usmażone krążki wyjmować widelcem, układać na kawałku bibuły, by odsączyć je z nadmiaru tłuszczu, podawać z sosem. Mogą służyć jako przekąska między posiłkami lub danie na przyjęcia.

Bahusku... a skąd wziąć mąkę przenną z pełnego przemiału? Nigdzie takiej nie można dostać... Czy można to zrobić na zwykłej mące?

Mąkę tę można kupić w sklepach z tzw. "zdrową żywnością" W Poznaniu bywa również w niektórych marketach.

Ha! Racja racja... będę wracać z pracy to zajrzę. Patrzyłam w markecie na półce ze zdrową żywnością i nie było a są przecież malutkie sklepiki w których jest wszystko... Dzięki. Ale ze mnie głuptas.
