Ingredients:

2 filety drobiowe,
zupa cebulowa w proszku (może być Gorący Kubek),
¹/₂ szkl. śmietany 18%,
³/₄ szkl. jogurtu naturalnego (najlepiej ZOTT),
łyżeczka oliwy/oleju,
vegeta,
papryka słodka,
sól,
bazylia (najlepiej świeża).

Prepare instructions:

Na rozgrzaną patelnię wlać oliwę, gdy się nagrzeje, posypać szczyptą soli (nie będzie pryskać z patelni), wrzucić pokrojone filety, obsmażyć, opruszyć solą, papryką i dobrze zrumienić. Wlać ok.¹/₂ szkl. wody, gdy zacznie wrzeć wsypać zupkę cebulową, dobrze wymieszać, dodać śmietanę i jogurt intensywnie mieszając. Posiekać bazylię (wystarczy kilka listków) i dodać wraz z vegetą i papryką do sosu. Wymieszać, chwilkę gotować.

Próbowałam z ryżem i mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić ten zestaw. Wyszło pyszne!!!!

Cieszy mnie, że smakowało. Bardzo lubię ryż, więc chyba też zrobię na obiadek taki zestaw . Pozdrawiam

czy zamiast świezej bazyli można użyć suchej z torebki? czy to zmieni bardzo smak?

Lubię dawać świeżą bazylię choćby ze względu na mocniejszy aromat, ale jak nie mam świeżej daję suszoną i nie ujmuje to smaku, pozdrawiam

Wypróbawałam sosik. Polałam nim krokiety z przepisu nikolki.Wyszła bardzo smaczna kolacja.
