Ingredients:

4-5 dojrzałych średnich pomidorów – obieramy i usuwamy nasiona
100g surowego boczku – kroimy w kostkę
2-3 średnie cebule, drobno siekamy
2 ząbki czosnku
1 łyżeczka bazylii
1-2 łyżki posiekanego szczypiorku szczypta suszonego tymianku
½ szklanki białego wina
sól
pieprz
½ szklanki oleju

Prepare instructions:

W rondlu rozgrzewamy olej. Wrzucamy czosnek. Gdy się zrumienią wyjmujemy go. Na ten olej wrzucamy cebulę oraz boczek i cały czas mieszając smażymy aż cebula się zrumieni. Mieszamy, gdy składniki się zagotują, dodajemy pomidory, filiżankę gorącej wody, wino, zioła, przyprawy, gotujemy na niewielkim ogniu.

Do tak przygotowanego sosu dodajemy mięso mielone wcześniej przygotowane(usmażone i przyprawione), i gotujemy chwilę jeszcze razem aby razem przeszło.

Takim sosem polewamy makaron spaghetti, wierzch posypujemy tartym żółtym serem. Powinien się rozpuścić.

Nie pamiętam skąd mam przepis, napisany na karteczce leżał i czekał na przepisanie:))

Wróbelku, pyszny jest ten sos.Robiłam go już kilka razy.Nie kupuję już gotowych sosów w słoiczku.Wykorzystuję go czasami także do pizzy jest FANTASTYCZNY.POLECAM WSZYSTKIM.

Cieszę się, że smakuje:)) Tu można stosowaćzamiennie pomidory z puszki, ale ja wolę takie normalne.

Sos jst przepyszny ,laduj w ulubionych napewno nieraz zagości na stol :) dzięki za tak wspaniały przepis na sos
