Sos ketchupowy na grilla

Ingredients:

1 mały słoik pieczarek marynowanych
1 mały słoik ogórków konserwowych
1 maly słoik papryki konserwowej
1 mała cebula
1 ząbek czosnku
butelka ketchupu pikantnego (ja używam z Lidla w szklanej butelce firmy Mikado)
odrobina oleju.

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki pokroić w bardzo drobną kosteczkę.Na patelni rozgrzewamy olej wrzucamy pokrojoną cebulę i czosnek i razem szklimy.Następnie wrzucamy pokrojone warzywa marynowane.Wszystko razem dusimy ok.5 min.często mieszając.Na koniec wrzucamy ketchup.Wszystko razem jeszcze raz mieszamy i czekamy aż ketchup będzie gorący(często mieszając).Podawać z kiełbasą z grilla,karkówką lub hamburgerami z grilla.
Sos można zapasteryzować w małych słoiczkach bez obaw że zmieni smak lub konsystencję.Sos można podawać na ciepło jak i na zimno.

Robię ten sos już kilka lat na grilla i zawsze robi furrorę.

Dziekuję za przepis zrobię go na pewno bo uwielbiam keczup z Lidla zresztą majonez też. Pozdrawiam

a ja mam pytanie drogie panie, jakiej pojemności jest ten ketchup z Lidla? nie mam w pobliżu tego sklepu, a chciałabym zrobić ten sos z innym kechupem

Interesujący przepis,muszę go wypróbować.Myślę że do tego będzie się nadawał ketchup jakiejkolwiek firmy.

newa ten ketchup ma pojemność 500g.Myślę że jak kupisz sobie ketchup,który tobie smakuje to też będzie dobre.
