Spaghetti z kaparami

Ingredients:

porcja na 2 osoby:
1 duża cebula,
2 duże - 4 małe ząbki czosnku,
kartonik sosu pomidorowego,
2 świeże pomidory (duże),
bazylia,
oregano,
2 łyżki kaparów,
300-350 g makaronu spaghetti,
sól,
pieprz,
cukier,
oliwa (najlepiej z oliwek)
parmezan

Prepare instructions:

Cebule kroimy w kostke i wrzucamy do garnka z odrobiną oliwy aby sie zeszklila.kiedy bedzie juz miekka dorzucamy pokrojony w cienki plasterki czosnek.trzeba pilnowac aby czosnek sie nie przypalil bo bedzie gorzki.po ok 3-4 minutkach wlewamy sos pomidorowy i pokrojone w grubą kostke pomidory (trzeba je wczesniej sparzyc i obrac ze skóry).dusimy wszystko ok 10 minut.na koniec przyprawiamy (ilosci soli pieprzu,czy cukru w zaleznosci od smaku ,potem ok 1 łyżeczki oregano i najlepiej świeża bazylia).po zdjęciu sosu z ognia dodajemy kapary i mieszamy.podajemy z makaronem i parmezanem. DOŁĄCZE FOTKE WE WRZEŚNIU BO MAM APARAT W NAPRAWIE!

Bardzo smaczne. Nie wiem jak to zrobiłam, ale sosu wyszło tyle, że wystarczyło mi jeszcze na kolejne 2 obiadki ;-)

no to rzeczywiście potrafisz czarowac ...albo tak mało jesz ;-) z tego jednego kartoniku powinno wyjsc w sam raz na 1 obiadek ale najważniejsze ze Ci smakowało. serdecznie pozdrawiam!
