Spaghetti ze szpinakiem - pyyycha

Ingredients:

Przepis na dwie osoby:

3/4 opakowania Spagetti

2 opakowania mrozonego szpinaku

2 średnie cebule

2 parówki

2 jajka

4 ząbki czosnku

1 łyżka oleju

1 łyżeczka przyprawy Mix Warzywny

stary żółty ser do posypania (najlepiej parmezan)

Sos meksykański (lub inny wg uznania) w słoiczku gotowy do spożycia

Prepare instructions:

1. Ugotować makaron
2. Cebulę pokroić i zeszklić na oleju, dodac parówki pokrojone w półplasterki, chwilke posmażyć.
3. Dodać szpinak (może byc jeszcze zamrożony), przykryć patelnie.
4. Kiedy szpinak bedzie już miękki, zdjąć pokrywkę, dodać przyprawę Mix Warzywny, przecisniety przez praskę czosnek, mozna jeszcze popieprzyć, wymieszać. Chwile podsmazyc.
5. Dodać rozbełtane jajka. Kiedy wszystko się sciśnie - gotowe!
6. Na około talerza rozożć makaron, szpinak do środka, posypać serem i polać ok. 3 łyżkami sosu sosu meksykańskiego (poprawia walory smakowe :)

Właśnie,kiedy byłam w Italii to zachwycałam się Spaghetti ze szpinakiem.Jest to moje ulubione Spaghetti. Na pewno przetestuję Twój przepis i dam Ci znac ;-)
