Ingredients:

100g mąki ziemniaczanej

500g mąki pszennej

1 duża torebka proszku do pieczenia(30g)

200g cukru

3 jajka

250g chudego twarogu

200g rodzynek

1 łyżka cukru waniliowego

50g drobno pokrojonej kandyzowanej skórki cytrynowej

skórka otarta z 1 dobrze umytej cytryny

200g zimnego masła

125g cukru pudru

1 łyżka rumu

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę ziemniaczaną, pszenną zmieszać z proszkiem do pieczenia, cukrem, jajkami i odciśniętym twarogiem. Sparzyć rodzynki, osuszyć i razem z cukrem waniliowym i kandyzowaną skórką cytrynową dodać do masy. Zagnieść z pokrojonym na kawałeczki masłem. Piekarnik nagrzać do temp. 200 stopni. Ciasto rozwałkować na kwadrat cieńszy z jednej strony, grubszą stronę założyć na cieńszą. Struclę wyłożyć na natłuszczoną blachę i piec 1 godzinę na rumiany kolor. Cukier puder zmieszać z rumem i polukrowac ostudzoną struclę.

Przepis pochodzi z książki „Ciasta i torty”.

Po upieczeniu wyszła strucla gigant ważąca około 1600g. Moją struclę zrobiłam bez skórki cytrynowej i posypałam tylko cukrem pudrem. Piekłam też w niższej temperaturze 180 stopni około 50 minut, bo mój piekarnik mocno piecze.

Ciasto pyszne, tylko tak wysokie mi nie urosło ale to nic, najważniejsze że smakuje super:)

Ciasto jest wilgotne ale pierwszego dnia, na drugi dzień jest podobne do babki piaskowej tylko bardziej zbite, ale do kawy w sam raz.
