Świeże śledzie gotowane

1 kg świeżych płatów śledziowych
2 szklanki wody
1 szklanka octu 10%
1 szklanka oleju
3 - 4 duże cebule
cukier
sól
liść laurowy
ziele angielskie
gorczyca

Prepare instructions:

Płaty śledziowe opłukać, pokroić na pół i posolić. Cebulę pokroić na półkrążki.
Układać warstwami cebulę i śledzie w garnku, w którym będą gotowane i odstawić w chłodne miejsce na około 2 godziny.
Po upływie tego czasu zagotować zalewę z wody, octu, oleju, z dodatkiem liści laurowych, ziela, gorczycy, soli i cukru dodanych według własnych upodobań.
Gorącą zalewą zalać śledzie i utrzymywać na małym gazie przez 7 min. od ich zagotowania. Odstawić w chłodne miejsce.

Właściwy smak uzyskują następnego dnia.

Przepis wypróbowałam w trakcie Świąt Wielkiej Nocy i wszystko się udało. Śledziki były bardzo smakowite i bardzo szybko znikneły ze stołu. Wydaje mi się, iż lepiej byłoby gotować je 5 zamiast 7 min. Polecam!!!

Robiłam te śledzie wiele razy,przepis miałam od sąsidki .Te śledziki muszą się bardzo delikatnie gotować, tak tylko ,,pykać" .Utrzymywać tylko tem. wrzenia.Ja dodawałam jeszcze do zalewy pieprz ziołowy.Śledziki bardzo dobre .Polecam.
