Ingredients:

- 1 podwójna pierś z kurczaka (duża),
- 250 ml mleka kokosowego,
- 2 średnie cebule,
- łyżeczka żółtej pasty curry,
- 2 płaskie łyżki curry,
- 0,4 l rosołu (może być z kostki),
- 100 ml śmietany 18 %,
- łyżeczka soku z cytryny,
- 1 czerwona papryka,
- dymka (może być szczypiorek),
- łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej,
- 2 łyżki wody,
- łyżeczka soku z cytryny,
- sól,
- pieprz,
- 1 łyżeczka chili w proszku lub 1 mała papryczka chili,
- olej sezamowy (może być słonecznikowy) do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Przepis, który pozwoli nam przenieść sie choćby na chwilę w świat tajskich przysmaków.

Pierś kroimy na drobne kawałki i smażymy na oleju odpowiednio przyprawiając pastą curry, curry w proszku, solą, pieprzem. Do piersi dodajemy pokrojoną w kostkę cebulę. Smażymy ok. 5 minut. Gotujemy wodę. Rozpuszczamy w niej kostkę rosołową. Po przestudzeniu mieszamy ją z mlekiem kokosowym. Sos wlewamy do rondelka. Dodajemy śmietanę. Gotujemy ok.6 minut. W międzyczasie kroimy dymkę, paprykę, chili. Wrzucamy je razem z wcześniej usmażoną piersią do rondelka.Wszystko gotujemy ok. 4 minut. Łyżkę mąki mieszamy z wodą i łyżeczką soku z cytryny. Wlewamy do rondelka. Gotujemy ok. 2 min. Danie gotowe. Najlepiej podawać je z ryżem. Można podawać z liczi w syropie.

Dla mnie jest to przepis doskonały. Proporcje składników w sam raz. Robiłam tego kurczaka już kilka razy - zawsze pyszny:) Polecam! Dziękuję autorowi:)
