Ingredients:

CIASTO:
1 1/2 szkl. mąki
1/2 kostki margaryny
3 żółtka
1/3 szkl. cukru pudru
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

MASA:
1/2 szkl. białego wina
3/4 szkl. soku pomarańczowego
2 1/2 łyżki żelatyny
100 g cukru
400 ml śmietany kremówki 30%

PONADTO:
2 pomarańcze
galaretka pomarańczowa

Prepare instructions:

Do miski wsypać mąkę, cukier puder i proszek, dodać margarynę i posiekać nożem. Następnie dodać żółtka i szybko zagnieść ciasto. Rozwałkować na okrągły placek i wyłożyć tartownicę, ponakłówać widelcem. Upiec w temp.200st aż się lekko zarumieni

Żelatynę namoczyć w odrobinie soku pomarańczowego, resztę soku, wino i cukier podgrzać aż cukier się rozpuści a alkohol wyparuje. Do płynu dodać żelatynę i wymieszać. Całość schłodzić aż zacznie tężeć.

Śmietanę ubić, dodać tężejącą galaretke winno-pomarańczową i wylać na ciasto, schłodzić.

Z pomarańczy wykroić cząstki bez błonek, galaretke rozpuścić jak na opakowaniu.
Na sztywną masę wylać cienką warstwe galaretki i poukładać cząstki pomarańczy.

To musi być pyszne! Chciałabym upiec tą tarte tylko czym zastąpić wino?

Wino możesz zastąpić sokiem pomarańczowym, oby tylko ilość płynu się zgadzała:)
