Ingredients:

Upiec jasny biszkopt z 5 jajek

250 g serka mascarpone (jedno opakowanie)

1 kg białego sera (ja kupuję już gotowy mielony)

500 g śmietany 36%

300 g cukru pudru

25 g żelatyny

paczka biszkoptów (duża)

alkohol (likier amaretto, wódka...)

5 łyżeczek kawy

ciemne kakao

Prepare instructions:

Przepisu na biszkopt nie podaje bo każdy na pewno ma swój sprawdzony.

Żelatynę rozpuszczamy w szklance wody.
Kawę zalewamy wodą (0,5 l) jak przestygnie dodajemy alkohol
Serek mascarpone miksujemy z cukrem powoli dodając ser biały później wlewamy ostudzoną żelatynę.
Śmietanę ubijamy. Dodajemy do serka i delikatnie mieszamy. ( Jeśli ktoś uważa że masa serkowa jest mało słodaka to zawsze może dosypać cukru pudru)

Z biszkoptu zdejmujemy skórkę (nie wiem jak to nazwać).

Ja wiem że to było jakieś wykroczenie przeciwko dobrej kuchni i jej zasadom ale ja użyła śmietany 15% takiej różowej z Łowicza taka akurat była w domu
