Ingredients:

Składniki na tortownicę o średnicy 22 cm

Spód:
150 g masła
180 g biszkoptów

Masa serowa:
800 g sera białego kremowego trzykrotnie mielonego
300 g jogurtu naturalnego
120 g cukru pudru
4 płaskie łyżki kawy cappuccino w proszku
4 płaskie łyżki żelatyny (ok. 35g)
150 ml gorącej wody

Dekoracja:
tarta gorzka czekolada
ziarenka kawowe z czekolady

Prepare instructions:

Spód:
Biszkopty pokruszyć. Masło roztopić, wsypać pokruszone biszkopty, wymieszać. Wyłożyć na wysmarowaną masłem tortownicę, dobrze przycisnąć.

Masa serowa:
W misce wymieszać ser z cukrem pudrem, proszkiem cappuccino i jogurtem. Żelatynę rozpuścić w gorącej wodzie. Ostudzić, połączyć z masą, dobrze wymieszać. Gdyby masa po dodaniu żelatyny się zważyła, można ją uratować: dać miskę z masą na parę i mieszać, aż wszystko się ładnie połączy. Gotową masę wylać na przygotowany spód, wstawić do lodówki, aż do zastygnięcia. Ozdobić tartą czekoladą i ziarenkami kawowymi z czekolady.

Torcik jest lekki, mało słodki i bardzo szybki do zrobienia.

Czy można użyć sera z wiaderka np. z Biedronki?

Jonsina, jak najbardziej można użyć sera z wiaderka. Sama właśnie takiego zwykle używam. Zawsze to oszczędność czasu, bo nie trzeba go już mielić.

Jakiej kawy cappucciono uzywasz? Lub jaka polecasz? Bo chcialabym zrobic w nastepnym tygodniu Twoj torcik i nie wiem jaka kupic, bo mam tylko kawe rozpuszczalna w domu:)

Robiłam już z waniliowym, śmietankowym, z magnezem. Zależy, jakie akurat mam w domu.
