Torcik galaretkowo śmietankowy

Ingredients:

galaretka czerwona
galaretka zielona
2 galaretki jasne
puszka ananasów
puszka brzoskwiń
0,5 litra śmietany kremowej 30%

Prepare instructions:

Galaretkę czerwoną i zieloną przygotowujemy wdg przepisu na opakowaniu, wylewamy na talerze i czekamy aż galaretki stężeją (można to zrobić poprzedniego dnia). Owoce odsączamy, kroimy w kostkę.
Spód i brzegi małej tortownicy wykładamy folią aluminiową.
Jasne galaretki rozpuszczamy w połowie wody przewidzianej w przepisie. Gdy przestygną i zaczną tężeć, dodajemy lekko spienioną śmietanę, dokładnie mieszamy. Dodajemy pokrojone w kostkę galaretkę czerwoną i zieloną oraz owoce. Mieszamy. Całość przekładamy do tortowinicy i wstawiamu do lodówki do zupełnego stężenia.

Przed podaniem odpinamy boki tortownicy o zdejmujemy folię.

Czy pod ten torcik na spód blaszki można wyłożyć biszkopty?

Biszkopty pewnie można położyć, chociaż uważam, że taki spód bardziej pasuje do serniczka na zimno.

Jak smacznie to wygląda - chyba się skuszę, tylko może ktoś mi powie co znaczy " lekko spienioną śmietanę". Z góry dziękuję za odpowiedź. Pozdrawiam.

To znaczy, że należy śmietankę ubijać tylko chwilkę:) Również pozdrawiam.

Na spód tego ciasta dałam biszkopciki, a na wierzch wylałam galaretkę. Ciasto na piątkę z plusem.
