Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
- 10 jaj
- 30 dag mąki pszennej
- 25 dag cukru

Masa:
- 3 jaja
- 25 dag masła
- 25 dag margaryny
- 20 dag cukru
- 2 dag kakao
- 100 ml romu
- powidła śliwkowe
- wiórki czekoladowe
- polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

- W tortownicy upiec biszkopt z 10 jaj. Po wystudzeniu biszkopt przekroić na 3 blaty.

Masa: Jaja wbić do miski, dodać cukier i ubijać na gładką puszystą masę.

Oddzielnie w makutrze utrzeć masło z margaryną do uzyskania konsystencji kremu. Do utartego tłuszczu dodawać stopniowo, nie przerywając ucierania ubite jaja z cukrem.

Gdy całość będzie już dokładnie połączona, dodać połowę rumu. Masę podzielić na 2 części nierówne części - do jednej (2/3masy) dodać kakao zaparzone 1 łyżką wrzącej wody.

Pozostałą częścią rumu skropić blaty biszkoptowe, każdy z nich posmarować cienką warstwą powideł i przełożyć je ciemną masą rumową.

Boki tortu posmarować masą jasną i obsypać wiórkami czekoladowymi.
Wierzch tortu oblać polewą czekoladową i ozdobić pozostałością jasnego kremu (według uznania).
