Tortellini z bakłażanem i czerwoną papryką

Ingredients:

Czas przygotowania 35 minut.

Porcje: 4

2 łyżki oleju z oliwek

1 średni bałkażan pokrojony w większą kostkę

2 cebule pokrojone kostkę

2 papryki czerwone pokrojone w większą kostkę

4 ząbki czosnku drobno posiekane

1/4 łyżeczki ostrej papryki w proszku

750 ml rosołu ( z kostki )

1/2 kg tortellini (świeże lub mrożone)

1/2 szkl. pokrojonej natki pietruszki

1/2 szkl. startego sera Parmezan

Prepare instructions:

> Na głęboką patelnię wlać olej i grzać na średnio mocnym ogniu. Dodać cebulę i smażyć 6-8 minut. Po tym czasie dodać bałkażan i paprykę. Smażyć mieszając 6-8 minut.

> Dodać czosnek i paprykę w proszku i gotować 1 minutę.

> Następnie wlać rosȯł i wsypać tortellini. Przykryć i gotować na średnim ogniu około 20 minut.

> Po tym czasie wsypać natkę i połowę sera. Wszystko wymieszać. Wyłożyć na talerze i posypać resztką sera.

Tortellini mają być np. z mięskiem czy chodzi o zwykły makaron tortellini? pozdrawiam

Ja uzywam tortellini z miesem ale jak ktos lubi, mozna uzyc tortellini z serem lub innym nadzieniem.
