Tuńczyk na ananasach

Very easy

Ingredients:

1 puszka tuńczyka w sosie własnym ( duże kawałki - moim zdaniem jest smaczniejszy)
1 jajko ugotowane na twardo
2 łyżeczki sera typu feta ( ja czasami dodaję serek Ostowia śmietankowy lub Pilosa)
koperek- najlepiej smakuje świeży
1 puszka ananasów - krążki

Prepare instructions:

Tuńczyka odsączyć z zalewy. Rozdrobnić. Dodać do niego ser feta, starte na tarce jajko, dodać posiekany koperek ( sporo - najlepiej wg własnego uznania).Doprawić do smaku odrobiną soli ( jeśli jest taka konieczność) i pieprzu . Z otrzymanej masy robić kuleczki i kłaść na środek plastra ananasa ( czyli na wycięte kółeczko w ananasie). Jest to szybka do zrobienia i smaczna przekąska.
Przepis ten otrzymałam bardzo dawno temu od jednej z pracujących ze mną Pań. Wykorzystuję go od lat i zawsze się sprawdza na przyjęciach.

Przepis wydaje mi sie fantastyczny, tak samo jak pomysl,
bo te krazki kazdy moze nafaszerowac tym co najbardziej
lubi. Zrobie jutro ze swiezego ananasa, tunczyk oczywiscie,
duzo czuszki, nad reszta mysle.
Wielkie dzieki, u mnie jakis zastoj w nowosciach, ale mam wrazenie, ze
mozna rowniez "popelnic" to danie na goraco, zapieczone w piekarniku
i wypelnic pikantym mielonym mieskiem, ryba i czym sie chce.
Fantastyczny pomysl!
