Udka z cebulką i serem

Ingredients:

kg. udek lub podudzi,
2 duże cebule,
ser żółty,
sól, pieprz,
papryka słodka,
papryka ostra,
majonez

Prepare instructions:

Udka solimy i posypujemy paprykami. Układamy je na blaszce wysmarowanej olejem. Smarujemy mięso cienką warstwą majonezu. Wstawiamy do piekarnika na 45 minut (180 stopni). Cebule kroimy w piórka i podduszamy na patelni z solą, pieprzem i odrobiną papryki. Po 45 minutach udka wyjmujemy, nakładamy na nie podsmażoną cebulę i przykrywamy plastrem sera. Zapiekamy do lekkiego zrumienienia sera.

Dziś miałam przyjemność zrobić w takiej wersji udka i napiszę że wszyscy byli zadowoleni ze smaku udka !!!
