Wieprzowina smażona z pomidorami i imbirem

Ingredients:

2 grubsze kotlety ze schabu, puszka pomidorów lub 4 duże świeże pomidory, 2 cebule, 3 plastry imbiru, 2 ząbki czosku, olej

dodatkowo sos sojowy ciemny, mąka ziemniaczana lub skrobia kukurydziana, koncentrat pomidorowy, sól, cukier

Prepare instructions:

pokroić mięso w kostkę, dodac 1 łyżkę oleju, 1/2 łyżeczki mąki ziemniaczanej,
5 łyżek wody i 5 łyżek sosu sojowego. Marynować ok. 2 godzin w lodówce.

1. Na patelnię lub do woka wlać 5 łyżek oleju i smażyć mięso kilka minut mieszając. Wyjąć.
2. Dodać jeszcze 3 łyżki oleju podsmażyć pokrojoną cebulę, dodać drobno posiekany imbir lub 1 łyżeczkę suszonego, sól, czosnek i pomidory. Smażyć aż pomodory będą miękkie

3. Dodać mięso do woka, na koniec 3 łyżki koncentratu wymieszane z 3-4 łyżkami cukru.

Wymieszać. Podawać z ryżem, makaronem ryżowym lub sojowym. Proste w wykonianiu, dość tanie- aromatyczne i przepyszne!
Dla zwolenników smaków slodko-kwaśnych. Przepis wyszukany kiedyś w jednej ze starych gazetowych książeczek o kuchniach świata.

zrobilam dzisiaj na obiad, smak bardzo ciekawy! mysle tylko ze z kurczakiem byloby jeszcze lepsze! nastepnym razem dodam jeszcze papryke czerwona, ale i tak smaczne bardzo! bede na pewno jeszcze robila :-)))

nie próbowałam z kurczakiem, ale faktycznie sprawdzę smak. Cieszę się, że smakowało.
