Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
5 jajek,
1,5 szklanki mąki,
1 szklanka cukru,
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia,
Na przełożenie:
40 dkg marmolady.
Nadzienie:
20 dkg wiórek kokosowych,
330 ml mleka,
2 łyżki cukru waniliowego,
1/3 kostki margaryny.
Polewa:
2 łyżki masła
2-3 łyżki kakao
łyżka mleka
2 łyżki cukru

Prepare instructions:

1. Ze wszystkich składników na biszkopt upiec ciasto (ok 30 minut w 160-170^oC)
2. Po upieczeniu przeciąć na 2 placki.
3. Każdy placek posmarować marmoladą (całą powierzchnie).
4. Do garnka wlać mleko, włożyć margarynę, i wsypać cukier waniliowy. Wszystko zagotować. Gdy mleko zacznie powoli kipieć wsypywać wiórki do garnka. Całość mieszać do odparowania mleka gotując na wolnym ogniu. Po odparowaniu mleka przełożyć masę na dolny placek i dokładnie rozprowadzić. Przykryć drugim plackiem marmoladą do dołu.

5. Składniki polewy rozpuścić w rondelku i wymieszać. Polać powstałą polewą ciasto.
6.Całość przykryć np folią i umieścić w lodówce najlepiej do następnego dnia.

Witam mam pytanko... ile czasu piec ten biszkopt i w jakiej temp.???? wygląda smakowicie i mam ochotę zrobić

Biszkopt piecze się przeważnie około 30 min. w 180 stopniach. Dlatego najlepiej po pół godzinie sprawdź patyczkiem, jak będzie suchy, ciasto jest już gotowe.
