Ja chetnie odpowiem: grana padano to twardy ser do tarcia typu parmezan

Jest to twardy ser żółty, włoski, podpuszczkowy. Podobny do parmezanu. Dotępny np. w supermarketach.

Zrobiłam placki - wyszły przepyszne, przepis jest bardzo prosty. Nie ma możliwości, że nie wyjdą :) Nie rozwalały się nic a nic podczas smażenia.
