Zapiekane kotleciki mielone jak "pomysł na"

Ingredients:

-0,5 kg mięsa mielonego
-bułka tarta
-odrobina mleka lub wody do mięsa
-jajko

-cebula
-sól,pieprz,majeranek

-mąka krupczatka do panierowania
-olej

sos:

-łyżka koncentratu pomidorowego

-1/3 szkl. rosołu (kostka rosołowa)
-2 łyżki ketchupu

-szklanka śmietany 18%
-2 łyżki mleka
-płaska łyżeczka mąki ziemniaczanej

Prepare instructions:

1. Do mięsa mielonego dodajemy bułkę tartą wraz z jajkiem, solą,pieprzem, drobno pokrojoną cebulką i majerankiem oraz odrobiną wody lub mleka. Składniki wyrabiamy, formujemy kotleciki mielone (wychodzi około 8 - 10 szt zależnie od wielkości) opruszamy mąką krupczatką, smażymy z obu stron.
2. Kotlety przekładamy do żaroodpornego naczynia, polewamy je rosołem wymieszanym z ketchupem i koncentratem pomidorowym (lub gotowym sosem pomidorowym). Następnie w mleku rozprowadzamy mąkę, łączymy ze śmietaną, zalewamy mielone, wstawiamy do rozgrzanego piekarnika (180 C - 10 minut).

Po zalaniu dania sosem można na wierzch położyc plastry sera (będzie wyglądało i smakowało jak "pomysł na" ;) tyle że własnej roboty

bułki tartej daję tak na oko, myślę, że koło 4 łyżek, po prostu, żeby się dobrze skleiły ;)
