Zapiekanka z kurczakiem

Ingredients:

150 g makaronu rurki lub świderki
4 pałki lub 2 ćwierci z kurczaka
1 mały brokuł świeży lub pół paczki mrożonego
200 g fasolki szparagowej świeżej lub pół paczki mrożonej
1 cebula
przyprawa do gyrosa lub do kurczaka, vegeta
olej

SOS:
5 łyżek śmietany 12%
5 łyżek majonezu light
¹/₂ szklanki mleka
vegeta, curry, pieprz biały, natka pietruszki swieża lub suszona

200 g startego sera żółtego

Prepare instructions:

Ugotować makaron według wskazówek na opakowaniu.
Kurę ugotować w wodzie z vegetą, może być też mięso z rosołu. Obrać z kośći, rozdrobić.
Na patelni rozgrzać 3 łyżki oleju, podsmażyć pokrojoną w półkrążki cebulę, dodać mięso z kurczaka, przyprawić obficie przyprawą do gyrosa lub kurczaka.
Brokuły i fasolkę ugotować do miękkości.
Przygotować sos, wymieszać wszystkie składniki, dodać przyprawy, sosik musi być dość słony.
W naczyniu żaroodpornym układać warstwami: ¹/₂ makaronu, mięso, fasolka, brokuły, ¹/₂ makaronu. Polać wszystko sosem, sos łyżką powciskać trochę w zapiekankę, żeby spłynął na dół, posypać jeszcze odrobiną vegety, posypać serem żółtym.
Zapiekać 30 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym do 200^oC, na funkcji z termoobiegiem.
