Ingredients:

drobny makaron

pieczaki

cebula

marchewka

jogurt naturalny

jajko

przyprawy do pizzy i zapiekanek

maka ziemniaczana

ser

sol, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ugotowac makaron, odcedzic.

Cebule pokroic w piorka, pieczarki w plasterki, podsmazyc razem na oleju, doprawic sola i pieprzem.

Marchewke pokroic w plasterki i ugotowac.

Ja ukladalam warstwami (makaron, cebula z pieczarkami, marchewka, makaron, cebula z pieczarkami i makaron na gore), ale mozna wszystko wymieszac razem i polac polewa.

Polewe robimy mieszajac jogurt naturalny (ok 2 lyzek) z jajkiem i przyprawami do pizzy i zapiekanek oraz ewentualnie 1 lyzeczka maki ziemniaczanej.

Piec w temperaturze ok 180^oC (zalezy od piekarnika) ok 20-30 minut, posypac gore startym serem i zapiekac az ser sie rozpusci.

a gdy układamy wszystko warstwami to tez polewamy polewą tylko góre czy każdą warstwe,makaronik wygląda smacznie i byłby idealny na piątek bez mięska,pozdrawiam

Ja polalam tylko gore, a sos powinnien byc lekko rzadki, wiec splynie do dolu.
