Zapiekany ryż z tuńczykiem

Ingredients:

4 woreczki ryżu
2 puszki tuńczyka w oleju
pomidory w puszce krojone
puszka kukurydzy
sól
pieprz
zioła prowansalskie
szczypta papryki
4 plasterki sera żóltego

Prepare instructions:

*ryż ugotować na sypko.
* naczynie żaroodporne wysmarować tłuszczem.
* na dno naczynia wysypać 2 woreczki ryżu, na to 1 puszkę tuńczyka, razem z olejem
* kolejno pół puszki kukurydzy pomidory, 2 plasterki sera
* posypac przyprawami i ułożyć tak samo drugą warstwę .
*zapiekać pod przykryciem przez 20 min i gotowe.

*można dodać kilka łyżek ketchupu, jednak pomidory z puszki i tuńczyk w oleju są wystarczające jeśli chodzi o wilgotność potrawy.

* przydatna na niespodziewanych gości, szybka, wczoraj robiłam i smakowała:) Smacznego

Hmmm nie mogę sobie wyobrazic smaku tej zapiekanki, ale pomysł ciekawy na szybkie danie.

smakuje podobnie jak sałatka warstwowa z tyńczyka , tylko że na ciepło i jest bardzo szybka
