Ingredients:

2 piersi kurczaka
8 plastrów tłustego boczku wędzonego
zioła prowansalskie
posieksny koperek
2 grube plastry sera ostrego żóltego
olej lub oliwa
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Każdą pierś podzielić na 4 części,zbic lekko tłuczkiem ,posypać ziołami
prowansalskimi i koperkiem,solą i pieprzem.Plasterki sera podzielić na 8 słupków,ułozyc pojednym na plastrach mięsa,zwinąć w rulonik.Owinąc je plasterkami wędzonego boczku ,spiąć wykałaczkami i ułozyć na blasze do pieczenia lub w płytkim naczyniu żaroodpornym posmarowanym olejem lub oliwą.
Wstawic do piekarnika nagrzanego do temperatury 180 ^o C.Piec ać boczek wyrażnie sie zrumieni.Można podawać na gorąco z ziemniakami lub na zimno z pieczywem jako przekąskę.
