zupa cytrynowo-jogurtowa

Ingredients:

0,3 szklanki ryżu
2 litry wody bądź bulionu warzywnego(ja polecam z bulionem jednak;))
3 ziemniaki
0,5 szklanki zielonego, konserwowego groszku
1 mały jogurt naturalny Danone
1 łyżka masła
0,5 łyżeczki białego pieprzu
sok z jednej cytryny
szczypta cukru
1 łyżeczka soli

Prepare instructions:

1.Bulion zagotować, dodać ryż, gotować ok.5 minut. Dodać groszek i znów gotować 5 minut. Następnie dodać wcześniej obrane, umyte i pokrojone w drobną kostkę ziemniaki. Gotować do chwili, aż wszystkie składniki będą miękkie.
2. Dodać pieprz, cukier, sól. Połączyć delikatnie z jogurtem i masłem. Na koniec wycisnąć sok z cytryny.
3.Podawać gorącą można dodać plasterki cytryny.

Zupa ta jest zupą indyjską, jak dla mnie podobna do polskiego żurku bądź kapuśniaku. :)

Zupka przepyszna !!! Nie dodalam tylko groszku bo zwyczajnie nie przepadamy za nim dodalam od siebie pol lyzeczki miety.
