Zupa porowa z białą kiełbasą

Ingredients:

- 1l bulionu-może być z kostki

- 3 kawałki białej kiełbasy

- 2 kawałki pora-tylko białe części

- 2 marchewki,pół selera,pietruszka-korzeń

- cebula

- 150 g. ziemniaków

- pół pęczka natki

- 50 ml kwaśnej śmietany

- sól,pieprz,maggi

- 3 łyżki oliwy

Prepare instructions:

Kiełbasę włóż do wrzacego bulionu i sparz ją ok. 10 min.Następnie wyjmij ją,ostudź i pokrój na 1 cm.kawałki.Cebulę,pora drobno pokrój, a marchew,pietruszke i seler zetrzyj na tarce(średnie oczka)Na patelni rozgrzej oliwę i przesmaż na niej warzywa do zeszklenia,wrzuć do bulionu,następnie przesmaż kiełbasę i dorzuć do reszty, gotuj ok. 20 minut.Ziemniaki pokrój w kostke i dorzuć do zupy,gotuj kolejne 10 min.,do czasu aż ziemniaki będą miekkie.Zupę dopraw pieprzem, sola, ja dodałam tez maggi.Na koniec wymieszaj smietanę z odrobiną zupy i wlej do garnka, na sam koniec dodaj drobno posiekaną natkę pietruszki:)

Zupka jest pyszna!!!Na pewno zasmakuje amatorom słodkich zup i białej kiełbaski:)

Narobiłam sobie ochoty na Twoja zupkę ciekawe połaczenie pora z biała kiełbasą. Kupiłam dziś rano kiełbasę i ktoś mi gwizdął w pracy, może jutro odda
